Gregory Michel is the man you need to see! I had my car serviced in December 2017 at Millenium Honda and Gregory Michel of the Service Department was phenomenal. He greeted me with a warm smile which is always a positive when you are about to spend money! Greg explained every detail of the repair process and was very transparent about which repairs were needed versus those repairs that could be postponed. He kept me updated during each phase of the repair process which shows his commitment to his customers. I have been a customer of Millennium Honda since 2012 but this was by far my best experience. He brought to my attention that there were maintenance service issues that needed to be done. My experience overall was very positive. However, I was disappointed when the service was completed and my car was retuned to me in a filthy and unwashed condition. The courtesy of washing the car is the difference of between a 4 or 5 rating. More
