He walked me through what I needed to do - since I needed a new master key. Claritza made me laugh the minute I was being helped. She was extremely welcoming and made sure to make eye contact with me the minute I walked through the door. That made me realize that she wanted to make sure that my existence and presence was being acknowledged. That is something I appreciate greatly. Jared helped me go over the little things that need to be done on the car, which is always nice to know and was open with the option of having them done now or to be informed about everything that I need to get fixed.
