No, I would not recommend this service center because the service director didn’t help me with the loaner vehicle that I was having problems with because it turn off in the middle of the parking lot while I service director didn’t help me with the loaner vehicle that I was having problems with because it turn off in the middle of the parking lot while I was on my way to work early morning. People had to help me push it into a parking spot. I almost didn’t make my train because of this problem. When I told him about the problem he didn’t care enough to give me a better loaner car. More

All I needed was a new key fob. Susan at check in desk was very patient and even found me in the waiting room when the work was completed. Since I desperately needed new tires, I chose to buy the at the dealer where my vehicle was purchased. I came to Millennium Honda for 2 recalls, an oil change and to check a tire. We've bought/leased 5 cars there, and have gone there for service many times. There is no question that the mechanics at Millenn and to check a tire. We've bought/leased 5 cars there, and have gone there for service many times. There is no question that the mechanics at Millennium are expert at servicing Hondas. But the overall service experience there is often only so-so. They seem to book as many appointments as they can, anytime, while other Honda dealers seem to have limits on how many cars they will service in a day. This time, they seemed to ignore the request to check the tire. The service advisor told me it was OK, but while the mechanic reset the TPMS, he didn't seem to notice that there was a nail in the tire. Perhaps they were just too busy. So of course the TPMS light came on again in 2 days. I had the tire repaired elsewhere. Also, the service advisors come and go like the weather. There's no chance of getting to know any of them. And if you want to get your car after 5 PM, you have to go to the showroom; other dealers have later service pick-ups. Also, the service advisor did not call me to say the car was ready; I had to call her. Again, I went to the dealer because of the 2 recalls, but for most service I'm very fortunate that I have an excellent independent auto service shop, and that's where I usually go for our 3 current Hondas. More
