Quickly completed repair with great customer service! Customer Personnel in the Service department is excellent! The woman who handles the desk/ paperwork was cheerful and efficient even with a roomful of Customer Personnel in the Service department is excellent! The woman who handles the desk/ paperwork was cheerful and efficient even with a roomful of customers. When I had a question not connected with the present repair , she reached the Service manager for me. The Service manager made time to explain the best course of action on my part. Thought of me first I brought my car in for it 120,000 mile checkup. Because it needed new tires in addition, they offered me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit in t I brought my car in for it 120,000 mile checkup.
