Miller Subaru was an outstanding experience. The entire team represents a collective feeling of caring and sincerity. I traveled quite a distance to bring my business to Miller Subaru. After several attempts at dealerships within my locale, I decided to take a drive to Miller. Upon walking in, I was sure I had not wasted my time in travel! Carl and the other sales staff team were sincere and welcoming. Melissa Miller was a genuine pleasure. I am confident that I made the best decision in bringing my business to Miller and Carl Savage. Carl was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained all of the features of the care and even set up my phone for me. This was my best buying experience for a new car. Also, This is my third new Subaru from Miller Subaru. I highly recommend this dealer to all of my friends!!

I dealt with Jessica online (AAA referral) and she was very helpful pricing the car and patient through my delay in making a decision. On arrival at the dealership, Jay handled the sales transaction and was the ultimate professional explaining all the sales options and getting the transactions completed. I would recomment this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Suburu.

I think it is so cool that I discovered your dealership and the salesman I chose (Jay Fralin) via the internet from non- dealer associated neutral websites. After having several poor experiences with other local dealerships I found my way to Miller Subaru. Thank goodness I did! They were saviors and made my car buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined. They found me the exact car I wanted (Black Forester XT Premium) and got it in my hands in less than 3 days! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with John Poster and the Miller Subaru team. Jack Martisofski was our sales associate for my wife Caroline and I. He introduced himself and said from the beginning that he would do everything he can to take care of us and get the best deal. We were looking at the Legacy's and I came informing him about the $159/mo lease. He told us that is was for the regular 2.5I base model and not for the sport model which my wife was interested in. I told him that before we went out and test dove the car that we work out the figures which he gladly agreed. We had a trade-in which I was hoping to get a fair market value for. Melissa came in with the figures which worked out to be exactly what my wife and I thought it would be which gave us a great feeling and the trade-in value for our car was very fair. Jack took time to show us the features of the car outside on the lot as well as while on a test drive. Overall, our experience was great because we were referred by my wife's parents (The Lazaro's). I would definitely recommend Subaru to my friend's and family. There is no pressure and the staff is very friendly. We will be coming back in a few months once my car lease is about over. The overall experience was a great one. We felt our salesman Jay Fralin was warm, friendly and genuine. We are very happy with all aspects of the dealership from sales, to finance to the tech who demonstrated all the features, everyone made us feel we chose the right place to make our purchase. I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at Miller Subaru. It was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. Carl was wonderful to work with and was so nice and accomidating, as was everyone that I encountered at the dealership. My car was not ready when expected so I was offered a rental car in the mean time. I would highly recommend Miller Subaru. My experience with Carl was not like the typical sales transaction. I never felt pressured or tricked into anything. I feel like I got a wonderful deal and I am VERY happy with my new car!
