My Review of Miller Subaru:
Jay Fralin is a no pressure sales person. He is pleasant, knows the cars,answers your questions,calls you back with information. You owe it to yourself to see Jay before purchasing a Subaru, Ford or a Lincoln. The experience is pleasant.
I referred my brother in-law and he leased two Fords for himself and a Subaru for his son from Jay Fralin and Miller Subaru and Miller Ford.
I have leased 2 Foresters and bought two Outbacks from Miller Subaru over 12 years. I have had my cars serviced at Miller Subaru. I change the oil, rotate the tires and do the routine maintenance. It does not get more simple than that.

My Review of Miller Subaru:
The process was made very easy for us. I saw the vehicle on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plotcher. He told me the car was still available and I scheduled an appointment to look at it the following day.

Ryan called me the next day to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership my wife and I were met by John Poster. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous.

We were happy with the car and the service we received in the purchase process.

My Review of Miller Subaru:
Very much appreciate the respect shown for my time.

I cannot give overall experience a 5 because I hate the entire process of buying a car and having to wonder if someone else would have been able to get the care for less money because they have better negotiation skills. Same reason why I gave price a 4, I have no way of knowing if it is a good price or not.
However, again, I was working with limited time and Jay and dealership were very respectful of this.

My Review of Miller Subaru:
I have been looking for an '07 or '08 Subaru for over a year. Although this dealer is over 30 miles away I would go there for another car if/when I am ready. Ed was honest regarding the condition, the dealer was fair in pricing and Ed sat and explained the options that were in the car and how to use them. There was an unusual vibration and Ed had the service people check it and fix it.Ed also gave me some advice regarding having the car inspected. Allin all it was a great experience.

My Review of Miller Subaru:
The experience was delightful with little pressure and accentuation on detail of explanation of the car. The manager offered a very fair trade and a reasonable discount on the car purchased. I would strongly recommend all the people at Miller's to others looking for a new behicle.
