My Review of Mills Cooper Chevrolet:
The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Mills Cooper Chevrolet:
Absolutely the worst experience of my life to this point with car dealerships. I did not want the hassle of dealing with salespeople in general so I asked for the sales manager and got the general manager. He lied to me the entire time I talked to him about everything from price to cost of service and his technicians experience in his shop. He tried every way in the world to explain away his "swallowing" of my downpayment and when he finally realized that it wasnt going to work, he left the room and sent in his sales manager john florez florez to talk with me. I was treated so rudely that I finally had to get up and walk away. I will never I ever return to this dealership again and word to the wize, if you are not stupid and you dont like car salesman trying to make you out as stupid then this is a place I would stay clear of. There is not 1 single certified mechanic in the place. The owner and all of his staff of crownies are all a bunch of crooks and if they cant rip you off, then they dont want to deal with you! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
