I drove three hours on a Saturday morning from North Atlanta to Augusta to purchase a used 2011 Nissan Pathfinder LE. To my great disappointment, two miles from the dealership, I received a call to let Atlanta to Augusta to purchase a used 2011 Nissan Pathfinder LE. To my great disappointment, two miles from the dealership, I received a call to let me know the vehicle had been sold. You can imagine my frustrations! Bruce and Donnie worked with me to give me the absolute best price on a new 2012 Nissan Pathfinder LE, basically identical to the used one I was looking at. The only exception was a DVD, which they worked into the deal to have installed. They were able to get a me a much better rate through Nissan than even my credit union offered me as well. As frustrated as I was when I arrived, I was completely happy when I left. These guys make a great team, which in turn, makes a great dealership. My wife and I are thrilled with our NEW vehicle and could not be happier that we have a safe, reliable, and great looking SUV to transport our 6 month old baby girl :) More

My daughter had bought a new Nissan from Sunbelt Nissan last year and suggested that we call the general manager Donnie May to see if he could recommend who to take it to since we didn't think they repaired Buicks. He said to have it hauled to Sunbelt and they would look at it. Donnie turned it over to his service manager Jason and through much effort, found hard to get parts and kept in touch by phone often with my daughter Allison to keep her updated on the progress of the repair. They had it fixed the same day at a very minimal charge. I was extremely happy with the experience at Sunbelt Nissan and thank Donnie and Jason for going above the normal call of duty. I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, 4 DR Sedan, on September 7, 2011 from Sunbelt Nissan in Augusta, GA. September 19, 2011, as my husband was preparing to exit the vehicle, he noticed the v Sedan, on September 7, 2011 from Sunbelt Nissan in Augusta, GA. September 19, 2011, as my husband was preparing to exit the vehicle, he noticed the vehicle would not shut off when pushing the remote start key feature. He immediately drove the vehicle back to Sunbelt Nissan to have the problem resolved. After contacting the Service Center directly myself on Thursday, September 22, 2011, I was told there is software and development issue and they were not sure when the problem would be fixed. I have spoken to the owner of Sunbelt Nissan in Augusta, GA and he has been made aware of the issue with my vehicle. I have requested to be placed in a new vehicle, same make and model, but was told this is a decision that has to be made by the Nissan Corporation and not the Dealer. More
We wanted a Nissan Murano because this vehicle got superior ratings in Consumer Reports for all the years it has been sold. Donnie and Kim were both so helpful and friendly. We looked at several Muranos and liked a 2009 model that needed some interior and exterior detail attention. It had some difficult-looking dirt on the ceiling and some bad scratches on the exterior. Donnie was determined to make that car look like new to our satisfaction or we could cancel the deal. I was not surprised when a few days later, it looked perfect! We've had bad experiences at other dealerships, but i have to say that we got first class service at Sunbelt Nissan. I'll shop there again in 2030 when my 2009 Murano needs to be retired! More

Every one on the staff was friendly and helpful with a smile any time I had a question from something like where are your auto accessories, to where is a good restaurant for lunch. I would recommend Sunbelt Nissan (and have) to anyone who will listen and I live in COLUMBIA, SC and would drive to GA over and over just to visit these great folks! More
Horrible is an understatement!!!!! I used the USAA car buying service and they claimed to be the lowest in the area. I arrived after driving three hours and they pulled a bait and switch. I priced a 4 door truck, but they tried to sell me an extended cab for the same price. I pointed out the mistake and they told me I was wrong. Finally, they acknowledged the mistake, but didn't even have the truck I was looking for. They also tried to under value my trade by $2000. The salesman finally told me "to go back where I came from." I then went over to Bob Richards Nissan and received a great deal. Richards Nissan offered me 2000 more for the trade, accepted my USAA offer, and had the exact vehicle I needed. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!!!! More

I called them twice in this time period and the salesperson said, I haven't even checked with the manager to see if anything was found. Well that made me feel special! I started my own research on the internet and found several dealers within 3-4 hours away that had cars. When I contacted Sunbelt Nissan I spoke with Danyel Bernal about looking for a Juke. Within moments the General Manager, Donnie May called me back. From there, these fine folks made it happen. The car on their lot was sold during our intial discussions, but Donnie and Danyel went on a search to find the exact car with all the right equipment for me. They were willing to alter an existing car to my liking however they finally retrieved my perfect car from another dealer. AND they offered it to me at a great price. I am going to pick my car up from them this week. This was the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. Donnie and Danyel spoke/emailed me many times daily and communicated all options for me. They made me feel like I was the most special customer they had. I am very very impressed with Donnie and Danyels commitment to make me a satisfied (extremely happy) consumer. And I have realized that I can pay something back. I was born in Augusta, GA and attended highschool in North Augusta. On facebook I have a huge North Augusta Audience of old classmates. You can bet I will be telling them all to visit Sunbelt Nissan. I will do my car business with Sunbelt Nissan for the rest of my life. Who knows, there may be a Cube in my future! Love these Nissan funky cars.
