Very bad service that is no doubt consistently poor I even want to give a zero star if there is one. I had my car serviced on Wednesday. I had an appointment of 10:30 am, but after I got there, I was t I even want to give a zero star if there is one. I had my car serviced on Wednesday. I had an appointment of 10:30 am, but after I got there, I was told that there were too many cars in front of me and the service could not finish until the end of the day. Then what is the need of making appointment online even 1-2 weeks ago? Why do we bother online appointment? Well, this is not the worst part. So I got home waiting. Then I received a phone call, telling me that I need wheel alignment ($99.95) and a change in differential fluid ($201.99). Then I confirmed that it is $300 more. They confirmed on the other end. But when I got there at the end of the day, I found that they charged me "the differential fluid" twice, and they insisted that I confirmed on the phone $500 more. Of course, as a customer who is going to pay the bill, I should know what I need to pay, particularly the extra, but the service man was rude and insisted that he heard me from the phone saying that I will pay $500 more. This is ridiculous. Such a shame on the service who lies to the customer!!! Not finished yet. Then I paid in full. When I started the engine, I found out that the tire pressures were not adjusted and not the same. So I got off the car and informed the service staff that the tire pressure was not even adjusted after they charged me more than $1000. I was told that no technicians were available, and the staff just forgot to adjust the tire pressure. I then requested the multi-point inspection, but they did not have it. So it is their excuse and their usual habit to forget to do some changes and services. Can anyone believe this? I did go there for service before, but they could not find my vehicle info. I agree with other customers, horrible, bad, arrogant services. Never go there agin. Absolutely not recommend. More
Consistent poor customer service I've been a customer here for several years. I'm just done. My most recent experience, bring my car in for oil change at 7:45am, find out very early I've been a customer here for several years. I'm just done. My most recent experience, bring my car in for oil change at 7:45am, find out very early am that I need an oil pan--no biggie. Then nothing...crickets. They completely forget about my car--again. Finally get a hold of them at 4pm and they tell me they'll need to keep my car overnight now. I thought I would give them another try after my previous experience, but this is just the straw in a long series of really poor communications. It's all about basic communication. Previous experience. Tow my car in. They keep it for 6 days (they finally look at it on the third day). No communication despite repeated calls and texts. Finally I get someone. When I do talk with the service rep he argues with me that my car is not covered under warranty. Since he refuses to believe me, I have to talk with a sales rep and have the sales rep confirm and then communicate this to the services rep. Days later, he tells me they can't figure it out and for me to pick up my car. Okay? I pick up my car. The very next morning my car breaks down with the same exact problem on the way to work. I have it towed in again. Finally the service manager Dan does a great job and takes over and micromanages it to completion. I'm just done with this place. I'll figure another solution with my warranty. No more services, no more purchasing my cars there. It's unfortunate because I like the sales team. I simply can't rely on them for service. I'm going to be in the market for a new car, but can't buy from a dealer with a poor quality service center. More
Bought my car at Mirak took in for an oil change in May asked to look at low tire pressure issue I was having. Went in to pick up and I asked told all set ok being stupid I took what they said. I called and was told well they didn’t find and road hazard IE nails or such. Well took cat to a tire place and low and behold yup it was a nail in the tire. Guessing tire wasn’t even looked at. My guess more concerned they had me get a new cabin filter instead. I would like to go back to mirak as I was happy with my purchase but will anything be done if I have concerns? I would not recommend mirak as I’ve never had anyone reach out to me on this complaint guessing repeat business means nothing to them. Only giving 1 star as I can not give any less More

Detectives 1st class !!! After having many different mechanics try to fix my A/C on my Tucson I did some research and found that Mirak Hyundi service may be able to help. I made my appointment online and show up to the service center at the appropriate time. It seemed that they were a little short handed that day and the service advisor I was scheduled to see was with a customer. At that time the Service Manager Kevin Gilmore informed me that he would take care of me and took my information on why my car was brought into the shop. Later that afternoon I spoke with Kevin and he told me they found the problem with my A/C but would need to order parts. I returned after the parts we in and the car was fixed. Kevin and his A/C technician were fantastic through the whole process. This is the way car dealership service departments are supposed to operate. A wonderful experience with knowledgeable people who carenjoy about you as a customer !!! Steve Gould Melrose, MA More

Awful!!!!!!! Took my corvette to this place. Couldn't get the problem fixed and charged me $105 diagnose fee. After he Asked for more money to find the problem, I Took my corvette to this place. He even suggested that it would be easier to have another 05 corvette to compare and contrast with mine to make it easier. I know. It is ridiculous. So Service manager David lemme come and pick it up last night. I went there and paid the ridiculous money for nothing. You won't believe what happened next. He checked and told me my car was not even ready. So I wasted my time and energy for nothing. "Sorry about that" was all he said. This is not the way you treat your customer. Avoid their service center at all cost! 100% authentic. More
incompetent, slow, and outsources work I took my 2013 Veloster there for a broken sunroof. Even though the Veloster is known to have sunroofs explode spontaneously, the dealership determine I took my 2013 Veloster there for a broken sunroof. Even though the Veloster is known to have sunroofs explode spontaneously, the dealership determined this would not be covered under warranty or the recall. OK. They then ordered the glass, but there were delays in its receipt. Apparently this dealership also doesn't have the expertise necessary to install that glass; they have a subcontractor who failed to show up one day. When he did show up the next day, apparently there were difficulties getting it installed, and it had to be sent back to service. Ultimately it took 14 days to get the sunroof replaced - a ridiculously long time. I had asked service to check on an airbag indicator light coming on when it shouldn't; they charged me $105 to do some kind of "electronic assessment" for this request, though they gave no indication I would be charged in merely checking it out. I was also never informed about the status of any of this - I had to call in, generally multiple times since no one picks up at the service desk on a regular basis. Oh - the menu is also wrong in their automated dial-in system, so have fun with that. All in all, it's hard to avoid the impression these guys are pretty incompetent. More
Our daughter's Sonata was towed to Mirak on Sunday after breaking down on her trip to Boston from Vermont. They said they had a full service schedule but would do their best to get it checked that day. They had it checked out and fixed by mid day. The service advisor was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. Clearly he and the service team went out of their way to help us out of a difficult situation. More
I would highly recommed Mirak Auto Collision Center for their excellent customer service and extrememly competitive prices for repair. Work was done on my Car after a minor collision and I received excelle their excellent customer service and extrememly competitive prices for repair. Work was done on my Car after a minor collision and I received excellent service and the repair and paint job on my 1995 Subaru made my car look brand new. Jim Cummings and Jessica Mirak were exceptionally helpful in preparing the estimate and following through with repairs in a timely manner. Jessica kept me updated on every phase of the work. The final price was really the icing on the cake. I went to three body shops for estimates and they gave me prices of 3k to repair. Mirak charged a little over 2K and that included rustwork! So their prices are excellent and service was A-1. Highly recommend Mirak! More
