I have had my '07 Saturn for a little less than 5y & have been having MAJOR issues over the past 6-9m! The service techs I have dealt with have always been VERY friendly & so helpful! I went to this dealership to attempt to get my dashboard fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purcha fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purchased not covering the dashboard I would have to pay around $900 to replace it. I then spoke to the service manager and and a service rep and they called GM and over the span of a few days they managed to have GM assist in the cost of the replacement of the dash. I only had to pay a $250 deductable and my dash is now good as new! I didnt even purchase my vehicle here, as my dealership closed, and they still worked very hard to make me satisfied, I was very impressed with the quality of customer service all parties involved gave me. More

I have had very bad expiriances in the past with taking my car to a dealer for service...Craig helped me overcome those bad expiriances with better new ones...the level of customer service and customer val my car to a dealer for service...Craig helped me overcome those bad expiriances with better new ones...the level of customer service and customer value is one that i have never had...Craig made me feel welcomed and i felt totally safe leaving my car there...i drive a 2002 corvette and i dont like leaving it just anywhere Craig took the time to explain to me the way they will care for the car and make sure all issues are addressed without any additional problems and much to my suprise thats exactly what i got...its good to finally be able to go into a dealer and get exactly what you were promised. I was involved in a Hit and Run in Arlington MA, My beautiful car was ruined.. I knew I only wanted to work with a Hyundai Dealer and Mirak was there. After having it towed in the night of the accident beautiful car was ruined.. I knew I only wanted to work with a Hyundai Dealer and Mirak was there. After having it towed in the night of the accident, I called the next day and they were already on it. I was amazed. The office staff and the techs working on the car were extremely sympathetic, concerned and very professional. They kept me informed of the status and progress. They helped me with my insurance company and got me my car back in what I thought was a short period of time. And the car was "like new". Very impressive. It runs great, looks great and would I recommend these professionals to anyone looking for body repairs. Thanks to all involved. Jeff More

Bruce was outstanding, he really went the extra mile, dealng with insurance for one of the cars, help with rides for the other. I recently moved to the Arlington area, and was recommended to the Mirak Chevy Dealership for any maintenance needed on my Chevy Malibu. I have experienced excellent service all around, but what has prompted me to write this review is the bodywork that was just completed on my car. Doug Wiswall was courteous, friendly, and fair in estimating the cost of the bodywork; he (and his team) completed the repair early and beautifully, squeezing me in before the Thanksgiving holidays. Also, the detailing on both the interior and exterior was a very nice touch. My car is absolutely gleaming, and looks just like new! I would definitely recommend Mirak Chevy, and especially the Collision Center, to any one looking for quality service. More
