I cannot say enough good things about the people at Mirak. I had previously purchased my car there (read my review), next had an oil change. On that trip I was treated with friendliness, courtesy and respect for my time. Next...unfortunately , had front end damage on my Hyundai Elantra. WHen thinking of who to bring it to, my first thought was, Mirak Collision. I am so happy I did!. From the first phone call to Kathy to explain my damage and needing help, I was treated with caring and professionalism. She listened to my story and got me in at my first convenience to have it looked at. Next, I showed up at Mirak with my car and was immediately greeted and met with Jim Cummings to assess the damage. Jim was very patient and thorough as he examined my car and listened to my concerns. He was explained things in detail to me, not just what needed to be done , but what was damaged and why, without me having to ask, as it should be as I would have had no idea what questions to ask other than what need to be done and an estimate. He met with my insurance appraiser the next day and everything got moving. Kathy kept me updated on the progress on the work and made sure to tell me when she would call me next to check in. Then, the day came........Kathy called and said my car was ready, which, was SOONER than estimated. The charges were on estimate as well and worth every penny for the great work that was done. When I went to get my car I was greeted again by Jim and he showed me my car. Unbelievable! It looked better than when I bought it new (had only 5000 miles on it ) I mean, it was gleaming perfection! I was stunned. I asked who had done the work on my car (and it was extensive). His name is Bill Vachon..a master! Afterwards, when a friend who has experience with car repairs saw it, he too agreed, the work was top notch and was impressed. I cannot say enough good things about the crew at Mirak. They go the extra mile to make you feel important and satisfied with their service. They even washed and shined up the inside and outside of my car, even the wheels! It looked stunning. They are professional, caring, honest and helpful. Thank you all for making a frustrating situation as easy as possible! More
I recently brought my 2003 Accent in to fix the transmission. I was very frustrated because I've had transmission trouble before, but Bill and Craig figured out what was wrong and got it fixed. They kept me updated on the status and were flexible about when I was able to pick the car up. I always have very good customer service at Mirak. They are good at listening to the problem and working with the customer to fix what's necessary. I'd recommend this service center to my friends. More
i went to this dealership to have my left tail light bulb replaced with my 3 kids in tow...i was out of there in 15 minutes. They made this experience easier on my kids as they did for me. I'm a Connecticut resident, owner of a Hyundai that broke down at Logan Airport during a New England college trip. The car was towed to Mirak, and Phil Zullo was the Service Consultant. Being both from out of town, and under significant time pressure, Phil was more than helpful - he was able to work the repair into a crowded service schedule, and the service team identified the problem, made the repairs, and even conducted an outstanding recall repair. Craig Tedeschi and his TEAM were magnificent,professional compassionate and caring for our safe return back to Canada.We were made to believe we were the only customers in the place,and that we were priority one. I will forward anyone I know to this estab.as they are very service driven. Well done and most appreciated. I had brought my wife's newer model Chevy Malibu in to the dealership where we had originaly purchased it, in need of two front tires and because of a knocking noise the steering wheel was making . After making an appointment to come in and then given the run around about how these things "happen", the mechanic returned no more than a few minutes later with an outragious estimate in hand claiming that I would not find a better price for the work needed. I just couldnt see spending that kind of money on a "new" car that had been serviced regularly and had fairly low milage. A friend highly recomended Mirak Chevrolet-Hyundai in Arlington and what an experience! They were able to accomodate my busy schuedule and saw me the very next day. I worked mainly with Phil Zullo who could have not been any more thorough and professional (as it turned out some of the work was still covered under warrenty!) The estimate I was given was more than reasonable and Phil made it a point to have it done quickly and done right! I felt like I was their number 1 priority and that my business was important to them, which in my experience, is not always the case with larger dealerships. To say I am impressed is an understatement! I will bring all my future service needs to Mirak and will pass along this experience to my friends and family. Thank you Mirak! -J.W. More
Craig and his service team worked very hard to complete our repair needs. Most specifically Craig worked with the GM area manger to cover replacement costs on a faulty rear bumper.
