I was in the market for a new car, an I hate dealing with car salesmen. I always feel like they are breathing down my neck and are trying to push me to purchase something I don't need/want. I was very nervous when I walked into Modern Auto Sales, it was my first time buying a car by myself. Leo was great, he listened and then told me what they could do for me. I have gone to Modern Auto for 2 cars now. My own, and my girlfriends, and both times, I was more than satisfied with the service we have received from Leo and all the other guys at Modern Auto. Originally I came to this location when my boyfriend needed a new car. Leo took care of us for that purchase. When my car finally gave out, Modern Auto was our number 1 choice. I went into Modern Auto on July 12, 2013 to have service done to my Mazda 5. I found out that I needed break pads and break calipers for the rear but, also an emergency break cable. I talked to Joe, I told him that I thought I had extended warranty, he said "I did not get it when I purchased the car through them five months ago." Joe and I sat down and talked and he said "Don't worry about it, we will make it right and you will be happy when you leave out of here." When the job was done, he said, "Would it be far if you to pay a hundred dollars?" I said yes but, I don't have it. He said " don't worry about it." So Joe paid the whole bill for the service of my car. I would say that this place is the best place for anyone to get the services done to their cars.
