I'm beyond frustrated! I dropped my car off Saturday May 18th and got my vehicle back on Monday June 26th for my car to completely stop working and not cut on come July 2nd I dropped my car off Saturday May 18th and got my vehicle back on Monday June 26th for my car to completely stop working and not cut on come July 2nd. I called Hyundai of Concord 3 times and left multiple voicemails for Dennis to return my calls. I spent $799 in repairs to walk away thankful I completed the needed repairs to run correctly. In return I spent $799 for NOTHING! My car won't start! I understand the 4th is tomorrow, but the most professional thing is to address my concern. June 26th I was provided with a diagnostic and NOTHING on my diagnostic signified I had an urgent repairs that would prevent my car from starting. I'm extremely unsatisfied. I trusted Hyundai of Concord being that I live closer than Keffer Hyundai! I'm so disappointed! I will be without a car until who knows how long! I finally got a call back from Dennis who rudely cut me off as I was talking and did not provide a resolution. Dennis advised me Tony the regional manager would be contacting me, but hasn't. I also left two voicemails for Tony and no call back! Staff is not helpful! Run! Don't let this company get any of your money! I was forced to trade in my vehicle due to lack of help. More
Used to love this dealership. Bought 3 cars from them and in-laws bought one as well. Service department is great too when you can get an appointment within 4 weeks. When towed to dealership (the GDI and Theata II engines have known problems and folks are getting 100% new engines on these “class action cars), Modern Hyuandi refused to even look at the car for SIX WEEKS. I’ll be taking my business to LKN Hyuandi moving forward. More

My experience at Modern Hyundai of Concord was exceptional. I did not have this experience at some other car dealerships in the Concord area. Mr. Richard Tillman was incredible at helping me with my new car purchase. He seemed to intuitively know the style and options I wanted and helped me choose the perfect car that would meet my particular needs. Once he found me a car that could be a good match, he took a personal interest in walking me through the purchasing process. Mr. Richard Tillman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in explaining every detail of the car I was buying. He was very upfront and laid back. He did not pressure me at all which made me feel very comfortable. I’d like to also mention that it didn't hurt that he laughed at my dumb jokes. Still, I took a little time to commit and I felt very respected throughout the process. Once we got to the financing, Mr. Tillman took over and again calmed my fears and concerns. I felt very comfortable explaining my financial abilities and he worked out a great plan for me in an incredibly professional manner. I would bring my kids here to buy their first car and I feel like this is "my car place". Although there are other dealerships closer to me (they were also very friendly), I feel like Modern Hyundai of Concord, especially their sales consultant, Mr. Richard Tillman, is the best by far. I have shared my experience and new found friendship with my family and friends, and have highly recommended they speak to Mr. Tillman at Modern Hyundai of Concord. More
