Best car buying experience ever! This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever encountered in my 50 years. From the professional sales staff (Alan Parker) to the sal This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever encountered in my 50 years. From the professional sales staff (Alan Parker) to the sales floor manager (James Welborne) and the business manager (Anane Thabiti) I was treated with respect and got a great deal with no "haggling". I had been to two other dealers around NC the day prior and walked out of both due to them insulting my intelligence. The sad thing is one of those dealers I had purchased my last 2 Hyundais from and the sales person who I purchased those 2 vehicles from never returned my calls. I was basically told by the other dealers that I was crazy to think I could purchase my 2015 Santa Fe for what I felt was a fair price (as I had done extensive research on the web). From the moment I spoke with the Internet Sales Specialist, Staci Hopper at Modern Hyundai of Concord , and received my pricing from her, I knew I had found an honest reputable dealer that would stand behind their promotions and advertising. Any dealership is going to want to sell you a car when you go there, but I never felt pressured to have to make a decision I didn't feel comfortable with. Negotiations were rather straightforward and in the end the price was good. I was very happy with my experience, and so far I am very happy with my new car. This is my third new Hyundai (going back to 2001) and I am a customer for life. Darren was so wonderful, pleasant, and very helpful every step of the way. We had a terrible experience at another car dealership that morning and Darren really restored my faith in the car buying process by that afternoon.
