Enjoying my New Sonata- Pleasant buying experience! I bought a pre-owned Sonata a few years back from Modern. I have been very pleased with this car and love the way it drives. Recently I was called and told about some specials and rebates on the new Sonatas, by Silas Parker the gentleman that sold me my other one. He was sincere and honest last time, so I thought, it can't hurt to see what they are offering. After a few hours of looking at different options and asking questions I decided on a beautiful black 2014 Sonata. Silas was very patient with me, as I had lots of questions and wanted to look at different options and also to get the best deal possible. I drove off the lot with a better interest rate and lower payment and a Brand New Car! More

Very enjoyable experience Modern has the best prices around period! I traveled from Virginia so my daughter could purchase her first car. Things were looking up the minute we met our salesman David Ash. David was really interested in what we were looking for, not just trying to sell the most expensive car on the lot with 100 options. David was informative, funny, not pushy at all. He also knew his stuff! Mom ended up with the exact car she wanted with financing that was perfect for her needs. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and relaxed. We looked at Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry and Honda Accord. Hyundai Sonata beats them hands down and we got a incredible price! My mom is 69 yo and she is saying this is the best car buying experience she's ever had! I agree! We would highly recommend Modern Hyundai of Concord and asking for David Ash to help you with your purchase. Hyundai ain't no joke!!!! More

Every one of the Modern sales team made us fell right at home. Brittany Barnhardt answered all of our E-mails promptly and efficiently. Eddie Elrod is truly a "southern gentleman". Even though we are originally from NY and Concord is our new home, Mr. Elrod made us feel as if we were neighbors and had always lived here in Concord. Not just talking cars,but about our children,grandchildren,church,etc. Just real "down to earth" neighborly kind of conversation. The management team was also terrific.One of the managers had also served in the Navy (like myself) so we were talking about our Navy experiences. Everyone there are "super",and when we are ready for our next new car six years from now, you can "bet your boots" we will be heading back to Modern Hyundai. More
