The experience began when we arrived at the dealership with a hearty welcome by our sales associate, Brandon Horner, and supported throughout by Sales Manger Buddy Hilton. We were then allowed to make our own decisions with professional presentations from the F&I Business Manager, Fred Cagle. Since we do not live close to Concord, we will be challenged in the future to develop a similar relationship with servicing our Nissan.
