Started out great! Genevieve was great and made things seem wonderful. Got an approval and made things seem she would do what was needed to make me a customer. Got down to needing a letter from the bank saying they would send the title directly to Moffitt's (normal procedure when car traded in). Moffits called them with me and verified they would send the title. The letter was faxed to them 2 times. Moffits claimed they did not receive the letter, so I had the bank send to me since they would be closed today. I sent Moffits the letter and today received a call from who I assume is the owner. He was very rude and accused me of fraud. said I made those letters myself (even though they are notarized and have fax stamps from the bank). He talked over me and was very rude. When I tried to defend myself from the accusations, he hung up on me. Very-unprofessional! More

Best Customer service from Sales to Service! I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive. I was given a loaner car I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive.
