Recently, I went in for an oil change and a few days later I was having a computer issue so I returned to Mohawk Honda. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick Franzese from the Service Department who remembered me from my previous visit. Nick took care of the problem on the spot and was very apologetic for the inconvenience of having to return. I truly appreciate the great customer service provided by him. More

Not even after driving on recently inflated tires. On my way to my appointment the tire pressure warning light shut off. I kept my appointment on the advice that it might be a slow leak and that it might turn on again tomorrow. I'm glad I did, because a nail was located and the hole repaired. More

They are professional yet friendly and I don't fee I always feel taken care of at Mohawk Honda. I have been going there for service for over 15 years. They are professional yet friendly and I don't feel they push unnecessary service on me, the way some garages do. They will sometimes do little fixes or adjustments at no charge. I always walk away feeling that I was treated honestly and fairly. The fact that I didn't have time for lunch and was able to get a free piece of pizza while I was waiting was a NICE bonus! More
