My Review of Molle Audi:
I am leaving feedback primarily for Roger Maidment. I did not end up purchasing an Audi. It was a gorgeous and wonderful car, but another opportunity came up and I couldn't pass it by. Roger was everything you hope your salesperson will be, but many times is not. He was attentive, responsive, informative, and just downright easy to be around. Unlike some of the other 'premium brand' salespeople he was not artificial or overly cheery. I was in the dealership several times driving a wide variety of cars and Roger was prompt, efficient, and helpful. I will gladly share this experience with any friends and family that want to shop for any Audi product.

My Review of Molle Audi:
Molle Audi is an outstanding dealership. I didn't buy my Audi there, but they treat me as if I had. Service department always give me a loaner, even though they don't have to, they always squeeze me in last minute if necessary. They go above and beyond for every service, bottom line, they take care of their customers. When I buy a new vehicle I will buy it from them based on the outstanding service. Clifford, Jon, and Lance always professional, friendly and know their stuff. A8 tech (Jeff I think) is awesome and knows everything about A8's. Dealership is one of the cleanest, nicest atmospheres if I need to wait on my car. Everyone there is great, highly recommend to everyone.

My Review of Molle Audi:
April 2010 I leased an Audi A4 from Jerri and over the course of the next 16 + months I had to continuously bring my car in for service due to "low oil" warning lights. After the service department explored all possible options the Sales team including Mike & Jerri sourced me a new car and got me into it with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend everyone at Molle Audi especially Jerri and Mike!

Very fair price on my A8L and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated the lack of " hustle" by the finance manager. Roger, my salesman was fun to deal with and he is obviously a car enthusiast (as am I). Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was extremely friendly and very friendly. A very nice sales experience overall.

Great salesman and sales manager. Did everything they committed to. Couldn't be more pleased. Great experience. Will recommend tox others. Had the exact car and color I was looking for. Worked hard to meet my pricing goal. Delivered the car to me in St.Louis inorder to save me a six hour drive to Kansas City.

My Review of Molle Audi:
My experience with this Audi dealership goes back to 1998. Sales and service was just "ok"until two years ago when I
met Audi Brand Specialist Jerri Hoover. From that point on, the sales experience couldn't have been better. Jerri is
friendly, accommodating, and has good knowledge of the brand. She allows the sales experience to move along at my
pace, and always makes certain that I am able to test drive each and every car that I am interested in. Upon delivery,
she educates and demonstrates all facets of the vehicle. I always feel that I can approach her regarding any aspect
of problems and/or service. Soon I will have two Audi's in my garage--certainly because of the brand, but mostly
because of my relationship with Jerri.

My Review of Molle Audi:
I have been a Molle Audi/VW customer for several years and have always enjoyed the thorough, friendly service. Mike Berman has always been responsive to our new vehicle needs. Lance Battershell has gone out of the way to provide excellent service on our vehicles, and always greets us in a welcoming and friendly manner. During this new car acquisition process, Roger Maidment offered numerous, thorough test drives and made sure I was able to find the new A8L I was looking for. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience...no pressure, fair price, attentive service, great product.

We recently were looking for a new car and had had several BMW's and were pleased with them. Our search took us to Molle Audi and were so impressed with the vehicles and the staff that we ended up purchasing our new vehicle here. I would very highly recommend Jerri and the staff at Molle. Since our initial conversations thru the final purchase of the car and since they have met our every expectation and request with exceptional follow thru and service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in an Audi or any other vehicle on their lot. We will continue to direct our friends and colleagues to them for their car purchases.

My Review of Molle Audi:
I worked with Jerri Hoover. She was very knowledgeable about the Audi models and brand as well as very enthusiastic about the cars. Most importantly to me, she did not pressure me at all during the sales process and let me take my time on the test drive (even going so far as letting me take the car for an afternoon so that I could feel what it was like doing everyday tasks).

She made the negotiation process painless by offering a good price on my trade in as well as on the purchase price of the new car.

Have been back to the dealer for service twice (punctured tire and scheduled 5,000 maintenance) and both times the dealership has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Recommend Molle Audi and Jerri Hoover highly. Hope this review helps people.
