I have dealt with Momentum several times for service on my BMW's, even though I did not purchase them from the dealership. Cedric has been more than helpful every time I set an appointment with this major my BMW's, even though I did not purchase them from the dealership. Cedric has been more than helpful every time I set an appointment with this major exception. I had asked the service advisor to check the brakes for possible adjustment or replacement if needed. I also had an extended warranty until 6/26. Before the car even got to the tech. I was told the warranty would not cover a complete brake replacement and the minimum cost would be 6K for parts and labor. I believe this was a very inflated price because I did not purchase the car there. I did call my BMW dealer in Dallas to ask the same cost if it did indeed need a complete replacement and they quoted me price which was below 2K for the full job IF needed. I strongly feel they do not want to service units that are not purchased here and try to discourage you from having any labor by quoting very high and inflated pricing. This a very poor way to run any dealership and service department and I think people need to know if you bought your car somewhere else, the same situation will arise.. Very disappointed in the quote and their attitude in general, and will NEVER use them again to service any of my BMW's! Don Hildreth More

Put the humanity back in service. I had no problems with the car or the dealership in general during the time I had that car. I in turn felt comfortable purchasing a CPO 2021 X6 from Momentum. Ever since having to deal with the service department it has been a true nightmare. It is like pulling teeth to get the service advisors to treat me like a person and not a sale. There is always cumbersome negotiations to arrive at a fair arrangement. I just feel like service should not be that way. It was smooth sailing when the dealership took the $50K down payment. I guess I was asking for too much when I expected a sensitive and humanitarian experience in the service department as well. All in all an agreement was made but the path it took to get there was truly unnecessary. More
