I made a serious inquiry about a vehicle for sale at this dealership. I provided the information requested regarding my trade. I was not happy with the trade-in offer. I informed the salesman I was willing to negotiate, that we may be able to come to a figure which would be what I felt, a fairer deal. The sales rep was unwilling to even considering negotiation of the vehicle sale price or my trade in offer. I have NEVER purrchased a vehicle where there was there was no give or take or discussion of the numbers. I was very disappointed with my experience with Monaco Motor Group. More
