My Review of Monroeville Chrysler Jeep:
I was very displeased with the customer service of the cashier who was too busy with other things while I was standing at the counter. The work on my vehicle, was decent and the service manager did not answer my questions, I also saw them washing an employees car and when asked why I could not get mine washed they told me I was not important enough. I would have been ok with everything that has happened, but when I got to the cashier's station, she made me wait while she called someone in service to ask about another customer, then she inputed someone elses forms while I stood there. All I wanted to do was pay and be on my way. She was not very friendly and I rolled her eyes when the phone rang and made me feel very uncomfortable being in her presence.

My Review of Monroeville Chrysler Jeep:
I was interested in a larger SUV than I already had because of the size of musical equipment that I need to transport. I was able to purchase a pre-owned Jeep with very low mileage, with a lower payment. I achieved a deal with a lower payment with more vehicle for my money. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Jeff Mountain was very helpful and a nice person to help us through our purchase of the Jeep Laredo.

I just want to pass on my great experience with this dealership and my sales person. I did refer to this site in search of a dealer and saw nothing but negativity in all comments. This site is not helpful in selecting a dealership to use when everything about everyone is bad, so hopefully with my feedback others will see the value in praise. This dealer is local for me so that is why I chose to deal with them. During my search for a new vehicle I came across my salesman Jeff who was absolutely fantastic!!! I was very apprehensive while looking for a car but he and his fellow salesman welcomed me into the showroom and put me at ease. He was very knowledgable about the Patriot I purchased and very understanding of what fit my budget being a part time student. He showed me around the dealership and the service department which is open till Midnight. The entire experience with him and the managers who I encountered was nothing short of first class. Thank you Jeff I love my car!

My Review of Monroeville Chrysler Jeep:
I took my car into the service department to get my breaks fixed. They told me that I needed back pads and so I got them. Two days later my breaks started making noise. So i took my Jeep back to them to find out what was going on. The kept me there for 3 hrs and said that there was dirt on the drums and that they cleaned and corrected the mistake. Well, a week later the noise came back, so I took my Jeep back. they told me it was my drums and they need maitainance. I was so upset that I told them they should have found that out when they put the pads on. I have never went back to that service department since and I recommend no one else does.

My Review of Monroeville Chrysler Jeep:
I would NOT deal with this dealership again. I bought a new 2007 fully loaded Jeep Liberty Limited Edition from this dealer. The same day my mother also drove off the showroom floor a new 2007 PT Cruiser Convertible. I also purchased Simoniz protection for my vehicle. Unfortunately every time "bird droppings" land on my car it etches the paint and leaves a permanent stain. Also the car scratches as easily as running a fingernail over the paint. This was brought to the dealership's attention over a month ago. At this time the only progress that has been made is the dealer's body shop writing a report on where all the scratches and etched pain areas are. No action has been taken! I have made numerous trips to the dealer and despite requesting to a manger have yet to speak to anyone at the dealership besides the salesman. Considering the amount of buisness we gave this dealer in one days time one would expect that someone of a higher position at the dealer would contact me. The most the manager has done for me is lied and told me the Simoniz protection was removed when in fact I came to find out that it was not!

My Review of Monroeville Chrysler Jeep:
We bought a used car from this dealer. In less than 3 months we started having trouble with it. When we took the car in they told us we only had a 30 day warranty not the 3 month warranty they told us we were getting when we bought the car. After talking with them about the problem they said they would pay half of the cost to fix the car, but when they found out the motor needed replaced and a part in the transmission that went out the window. Now they said they would pay only $500. The total cost of fixing the car was over $3,000!! This dealer is underhanded and unprofessional. Do not deal with these people unless you want to get stuck with a junk car and the bill for fixing it.
