Called on Monday to set up appt cause dash lights lit up. She said they had nothing that day but could get me in Wednesday. I asked if a loaner was available and she said she was pretty sure yes and would ca She said they had nothing that day but could get me in Wednesday. I asked if a loaner was available and she said she was pretty sure yes and would call me right back in 10 min. She never called. I stopped by a few hrs later and was told they don't do loaners. A few hrs later they called to 'make an exception' based on what was told me. I went to drop my car off on Wed night and they had no appt for me. After checking it was for the next week! I was given no real apology...and felt as though I was 100% in the wrong. When I dropped my car off the next week...there was no 'good morning' or anything. I felt as though I was a burden on my rep for just dropping off my car. People are on edge when they drop their cars off for service, not knowing of it is going to be a major expense or not...and that service can definitely make someone more at ease if it is friendly...or the opposite as in my case. Previous experiences have been better...but lately not so good More
