Hi, I was extremely disappointed with the service. I went in on a scheduled appointment and explained that I heard noise issue while accelerating. The service advisor instead of being proactive forced I went in on a scheduled appointment and explained that I heard noise issue while accelerating. The service advisor instead of being proactive forced me into a corner saying that I have to let the dealer run diagnostics and that is the only way they will tell me! The diagnostic was $200 and I was worried for my kids driving the car so I was forced to agree to it. The way the advisor refused to listen was shocking. Then after that it went 6 hours without any response or update. Later I found that the car was pulled in after I asked for and the ordeal went on and the car was held back at the dealership for the day ! I was given a hefty estimate of other work, the diagnostic didn’t find any thing ! ( I knew that it was fine ) . My car was completed next day but I am simply shocked at the appalling behavior of the dealership and overall poor service More
