When I started taking my Fusion to be serviced, I received excellent service. On this latest service, my car needed some major work. I brought it in on Wednesday and was told that it would be ready received excellent service. On this latest service, my car needed some major work. The service advisor made arrangements for a rental car for me and even hand someone drive me to the rental agency. I will be back again. More
