I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from Montrose Kia. I found that the car had a coolant leak prior to purchasing so they assessed and said they fixed it so I moved forward and purchased it Montrose Kia. When I got home, it was leaking a lot more so I asked if I could bring the car back in to have the issue addressed and the service manager said no, it was sold as-is and the dealership leadership team did not want to talk to me. They would not stand behind the work they performed so I had to have another reputable shop fix the leak. This could have been a catastrophic failure if the engine drained out on the road and seized up potentially injuring me and my family. It's my opinion that the Montrose Leadership team is a joke, once they take your big check. I'm not the only one either, there are 18 cases opened against Montrose at the Ohio Attorney General's Office so buyers should consider all of your options when purchasing. Integrity, quality, and respectfulness is all very important to me. In my opinion, Montrose lacks all three. That's the Montrose difference! I'll update this review once I win my court case. More

My overall experience with the service department was very frustrating. I was told over the phone one thing, and got a completely different outcome. I felt like I was not listened to when I explained my very frustrating. I was told over the phone one thing, and got a completely different outcome. I felt like I was not listened to when I explained my situation over the phone, and the overall outcome at the end resulted in my car not being fixed and me owning hundreds of dollars. One positive side of my experience was the way I was treated by one of the floor salesmen. He was very understanding. When speaking to a few other floor salesmen, I did however feel that my car situation did not matter, and that the only thing that mattered was them selling me a new car. More
