No company support. I bought a 2013 Ford Escape expecting everything to work on it. I test drove it, but didn't check the cruise control as there were not roads conducive I bought a 2013 Ford Escape expecting everything to work on it. I test drove it, but didn't check the cruise control as there were not roads conducive to that. Salesman was very nice and so was the finance guy. But when we got the ResistAll put on, we found out that they don't put it on the plastic trim, as we talked about when we purchased it. At the same time, they were supposed to check the cruise control because it didn't work. They said they didn't have an order for it so they didn't check it. So we made arrangements to bring it back in specifically to fix the cruise. Once in there, they said they needed Ford specific equipment and couldn't fix it. Boy am I glad we didn't buy the extended warranty if they can't work on it anyway. After being in twice to fix it, we find out they have no plans to fix it. We will never be back. Beware if you go there. Everyone is nice, but no company support evidently. More

Emilio did not try to high pressure me into a new car. Emilio did not try to put me in a car that was sort of what i wanted. Emilio was like dealing with a friend! Between Emilio and Jason Allison they where able to put me in a sweet 2002 ford ranger that looks bran new i tried to find things wrong with it but their inspection of the truck was dead on i was blown away! Jason Allison got me a sweet deal for the financing only 201.00 a month that was better then any other dealer ship could have got me so in short i give them 5 star rating Ps: just thought of this one thing they could have done was to inform me what i might need when i came in to close the deal but i did not mind running back home to get the info they needed More

When you walk in, yo I have had some crazy experiences with Car Dealerships and my experience with Montrose Nissan of Hermitage was the absolute best. When you walk in, you are not bombarded. You are politely greeted by one of their representatives, in my case Wendy Speir and her manager. Wendy listened to what I was looking for and only had me test drive cars in my financial means. I ended up trading my 2013 Honda Civic for a brand new 2014 Nissan Murano. I love my new SUV. I could not be more impressed with this dealership. Everyone wanted to help me get out of the car I did not feel safe in and into a car that would make me feel secure. I cannot give this company enough praise. They should give some pointers to the other dealerships in the valley such as Shenango Honda. The main attribute that sets this company apart from all the rest. You do not feel pressured into buying a vehicle that is not what you want. This car feels like it was meant to be mine. I've never felt more secure in a car purchase in my life. I've been looking at several different cars over the last few months as my old one slowly died, I settled on a Nissan Sentra. So on 2/27/2014 I headed over to Montrose Nissan in Hermitage to start looking at cars. I was greeted by Jason Allison (Sales Manager) and we went to it. I looked at a few different models then settled on a 2013 Sentra in Graphite Blue. He had one of his salesmen (James Chismark) take me for a test drive while he worked on financing it. True to his word he got me a lease through Nissan and after all the paperwork was done I walked away with my brand new vehicle! I have to say, that was the easiest and definitely the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be back to Montrose in a few years when my lease is up for a new vehicle! I was looking into trading in my current vehicle and purchasing another. James Chismark gave me a great car buying experience. He was not pushing me into a car that I said I did not want and valued my o purchasing another. James Chismark gave me a great car buying experience. When you tell him you did not like a vehicle, he drops it and moves on to the next. He treats his customers like family. He's patient and motivated to get the perfect vehicle for someone. I did end up changing my mind on trading in my current vehicle for a new one, but if montrose carried the brand I was looking for I would have definately went through this dealer! More

James took a few videos of the truck for me along with a bunch of pictures, he talked to me several times on the phone, was always professional and got back to me each time I had a question. The dealership drove the truck down to me, which was almost a 4 hour drive, and they drove my trade in back. The new truck was better than expected. The whole process was so easy, I highly recommend James Chismark II as your salesman! More
