Sales excellent. Service not so much. As a new car, door edge guards needed installed. Body shop refused the work, a breach of contract. Admin should have stepped in. Service not so much. Totally unskilled for this type of work, very sloppy install job, disgusting. I repaired best I could. As bad a experience this was, I don't condemn on a single event. My visit was for state inspection. My car passed inspection with no issues. It only has 51,000 miles on it. And I put less than 5000 miles on it in a year. I got the 8:am appointment so they would work on my car first thing. I was the first one in line at the drop off. After I drop off my car, I always take a little walk around the lot to see what is out there. I saw a car like mine out there and thought someone traded in a nice looking 2013 CRV. As I got closer, I was dismayed to find out it was my car. It sat there until at least 8:30am. My car passed inspection with no issues. The only other complaint I have is being bombarded with recommendations for expensive questionable maintenance. They said I needed spark plugs. These new iridium plugs last a lot longer than 51,000 miles. And a large list of other stuff that the manager didn’t even mention after I turned down spark plug replacement. I know these are just recommendations but a person with little knowledge of mechanics would probably say yes, and incur a large unnecessary expense. More
