Do not stand behind what they sell. We bought an Enclave in February (when it is cold). In June when we needed air conditioning, it did not work. We took it to Moore to fix. The person who sold us the car never returned our texts. We refused the service and when we got the car back an access panel was laying on the passenger side floor. More

My air conditioner on my Acadia was acting up and they were able to fix it and change the oil and rotate my tires for a reasonable price. The Parts Department ordered me some touch-up paint to fix a few dings on my car as well. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will continue to bring my car to Moore Buick Service Department where I know R.J. and the gang will give me great results! More

You can really tell that management was considering the customer experience with the thought that was put into the waiting area from the newspapers, to the water bottles, to the ice, and all the way to the Keurig machine with the large variety of K-cups, Splenda, sugar, and creamer. I love the free public WiFi, as it allowed me to get my homework done and the repair was made before I had even realized I had been there over an hour. I literally lost time and that was a wonderful experience. More
