Poor Service Advisor coordination, follow up and completion. Did not complete a belt replacement I had approved. Did not check on warranty coverage before starting work, and charged me for other cov completion. Did not complete a belt replacement I had approved. Dealer is also only repair shop that charges surcharge for credit card use. Very disappointed. More

Noisy, due to construction. The sales staff seems to go out of their way to remember the name of their respective customers.....that's different from most car dealerships.
