I took the car to get a "low oil pressure" checked, Morgan Chevrolet turn my car on without changing the oil Pump and they locked my engine. After that while my car was at the dealership parking somehow my windows were left open and the rain got in, my passenger side window does not go up anymore. When I talk to the manager (Michael) he told me that their parking was like a Walmart parking and they were not responsible of anything it happens there and if I did not have my car out he would toll it out and that I could look for legal advice if I wanted. I got videos, photos and documentation to backup everything I’m stating here. If you value your car, stay away from this car dealer they are very unprofessional the service advisors (Freddy) never answer the phone and their manager is never available. You have been warned. Stay away from this outfit! There was a recall for faulty door switches. I went there in May with good working windows. They claim they changed it out. 6 Months later my windows would not work. I brought back my van to have them replace the faulty switch which THEY installed or didn't? They don't let you see what they are doing. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 for a 24 point check up and if it is the switch they would deduct the $88.00 which was part of the recall! The "finance" man was also nice as well as extremely competent and the desktop screen was one of the simplest ways to sign the paperwork and end up with a thumb drive containing the entire transaction. The facility was extremely clean, decorated nicely for the holidays and the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful, especially when I had to return to the dealership because I left my house keys with the car keys. She had them ready when I walked in the door. May our New Year be prosperous and healthy and filled with fun, friends and family! We are having a terrible experience with Morgan Chevrolet. We have a car in for major engine work and on Tuesday, December 6 the service adviser says they are working on it and I will have a stat Chevrolet. No report on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I waited until Monday, December 12 and asked politely for a report. No report. On Wednesday I asked a bit more urgently for a report. No report. Midday I called and left a message asking for an update. No report. Late I texted again, a bit more urgently asking for a report. No report. At 3:30 I called and asked for the service manager. I was told he was at the end of a meeting and would call me back in a few minutes. My number was verified. It is now past 5 pm. No call. I have had no communication in over a week. It would be my strongest recommendation to go elsewhere for any work. Try to find a service department that appreciates thousands of dollars of business and cares about its customers. It does not appear that Morgan Chevrolet cares. More

I will NEVER buy from Morgan Chevrolet again and have been advising friends and familes to boycott them. They did not honor the agreed upon sales price, threw in thousands of dollars of other things I never agreed on. They said they could get me the same interest rate as my credit union and that was a lie. Before I drove off the lot, the a/c quit working and when I left the car to be fixed, they wrecked the front passenger side fender and part of the front bumper near it. To fix that, they kept my car for over 2 more weeks. I didn't notice the scrap on the passenger side rearview mirror until I got home. I was also promised that a check for $500 would be mailed to me for the inconvenience. Guess what I DID NOT GET?????? There is a lot more of what happened, but I am just too disgusted to go through everything as it makes me so pissed off every time I think of how I got scammed!!! I bought a truck from Jim Browne in Tampa, it stays at home with my wife since it is more financially sound to take her car because of current fuel prices. Recently the truck leaked and we were unaware of it until the next day or two when we went somewhere and noticed it smelled like wet dog. We weren’t sure of what happened until we went to a rays game and I looked in the back seat and noticed a water stain on the ceiling. We then had it rain again before we could go into the dealership and it was so saturated that it began to drip(I do have photos). We dropped it off and Jim Browne in dade city said they had paperwork showing that the Tampa store that we bought it from was aware and tried to fix it. Now that the dry season in Florida is beginning to be over and it’s beginning to rain more, we have told the dealership that we need to have it fixed. They never told us that the truck had a prior leak before we purchased it and never disclosed it or that apparently the 2018 model has been known to leak and even gm is aware of this issue or else we would not have purchased the vehicle. Now that it has rained and we have realized that the truck does in fact still leak, the dealership is telling us they are not responsible for it and that we are liable for all the fees associated with the repair. The tires when we bought the truck also rubbed as they are after market, we again we’re not told about this even though I mentioned to the sales rep. We went to get the tires changed and they again informed us that they could not rotate the tires and would not cover the costs of the spacers but after multiple phone calls they finally agreed that the spacers for the tires should have been installed. So one fault should have been fixed and was covered (wheel spacers) but another fault is now not their responsibility (window leaking). I now have a truck in Florida that leaks when it rains. Even the dealership admitted that they would be upset if they were in the same situation. More

We noticed the vehicle had a dent in the back right side, and we thought well that's what they are referring to "buy the car as it is" not a big deal … Two weeks later after we purchased the car, we noticed it was making weird noise, we thought we were passing near a train station. We didn't pay attention until the car broke down March 4th at 8 : 38 pm.(24 days after the purchased) We called a towing company to transfer our vehicle to our drive way where is located at this moment. I contact the sales guy Mr. Hector Gonzalez left a text message no response. I spoke with the lady in charge of the tag she couldn't do anything about it . Emailed the entire staff no one responded.. This people still sold a vehicle in those conditions DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR INSPECTION REPORT!!! a copy of “their inspection report” back in January 27 ,shows tnithinh but a good car condition ..I'm thinking how can you guys didn't notice this ? how can you signed and inspection as mechanic and be part of this scam?
