Car buying is not fun, but I must say that James went above and beyond to make the deal. From the minute we walked in he did a great job! Not pushy....just did what he needed to doing. He was very well informed and knew the product well. We love our new car!

"Easy process "

My experience with Moritz Kia in Alliance and Bruce Lindeman was one of complete ease. This was my first car buying experience from a big dealership and went in with expectations of scary, stress-full car salesmen. I was pleased to find that I was wrong in those expectations and was met with a very smoothe process that would've been completed in one day had it not been a holiday when the banks are closed.

"Perfect Car-buying Experience"

It had been a while since my family had bought a NEW car, and I was fairly nervous about how it would all go, but Moritz had come with a strong recommendation. My initial contact was Sales Manager Rusty and he connected me with David. David was interested in making the process as smooth as possible, and boy was it! I had a wonderful experience. Greg listened to what I was looking for and only showed me realistic options! There wasn't a lot of run around or delay tactics. I got into a great BRAND NEW car and even had a nice surprise when my financing came thru and they negotiated a lower rate than expected so my payments are $50 less than originally agreed upon. Everyone was really nice from Rebecca the receptionist all the way through my signing with Mike Ford. I didn't expect this process to be so smooth and hassle free absolutely not like I've experience at any other dealer ship before. Thanks Greg & staff.

Our thanks to Bruce Lindeman and Tim Ford for making our purchase of our new 2017 Kia Sorento SLX V6 and pleasurable experience. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and considerate of us. They did all they could to make our visit worthwhile. Bruce Lindeman did everything he could to assist my handicap wife and I, as we made the transition of our previous Kia Amanti, to the new Sorento.
