"Mike Norton in Parts Department"

i came into the dealership thinking my vehicle was missing a relay. Mike went out of his way and verified that my vehicle did not require that particular part but only had a blown fuse which was causing my problem. I am in disbelief on what such excellent treatment that we received - I hear the horror stories of getting screwed over by the dealership. "My Moritz Kia Experience"

I had planned to visit 3 dealerships in the DFW area. We went to Moritz Hurst first because of location. I went just to look and never expected to drive off in a car. I have been hearing more and more about the Kia Optima, and who wouldn't want one - they are sharp looking! I'm a single mom to an 11 year old so I need a good reliable car. We met Deme out on the lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time asking me questions about what I wanted (and what my Mom wanted for me - GPS). He advised me what model I should look at based on the features I was looking for and he searched the lot high and low until he found the one! Ryan Hembd was my finance manager. My credit is not the best but they worked until they got a deal I could afford. I don't live in Hurst but will visit the DFW area often so these guys will be seeing me even if for no other reason than to just say HI! I have already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine. I do have to tell you that I had the opposite experience in Lubbock, TX - where I live. I don't know if they are also a part of Dealer Rater, but I spent more time at the Lubbock dealership and only got the run around. :(

I highly recommend Moritz Kia in Hurst, TX. I rate the dealership with 5 stars and sales representative, Demetrius Chambers with 6 stars. I made more than one trip to this dealership. Each visit, Demetrius was patient, listened to my many questions, answering them with understanding and knowledge. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Demetrius went above my expectations, providing me with the knowledge and service to purchase a vehicle that would fit my needs and requirement. "My family and I came in on a Saturday morning to Kia..."

My family and I came in on a Saturday morning to Kia Hurst in which my aunt had previous recommended and bought her very own car at this dealership. This was the 3rd dealership we had visited upon visiting 2 others that morning and not pleased with what we had seen. Upon arriving we knew what we were looking for we had previously seen the selections of the cars online the nights before. Not only 30 seconds upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Leo (who also was bilingual which was a plus)! He then took us in the golf cart to where the used cars and the red ticketed cars were.We saw about 3 Kias that interested us, so patiently Leo went inside and grabbed all the keys to the cars to test drive. The first one I test drove was a Kia optima 2012 medal bronze color the car drove smoothly and immediately my family in the back seat was already liking the car. The second car I test drove was a forte coupe with a sunroof cool colored speakers the only problem was that it was standard in which I did not know how to drive. Leo took the time to drive us around in the car and talking about all the perks it had.. he then proceeded to talk about how driving standard wasn't as hard as it looked and what the important thing to remember about driving standard was. He then took us to a empty parking lot close to the dealership and asked if I felt comfortable driving the car. Skeptical at first I finly agreed to give it a shot.. Although it was a challenge for me to get the hang of it Leo was very patient and very helpful. I can't say I'm completely comfortable driving standard but it was the first time anyone had ever taken the time to teach me! Although we didn't get around to test driving the 3rd car because we had already liked the first one very much and also we didn't decide on the forte even though it was in our price range we told Leo to let's go inside and talk we did. As we say down in Leo's office he asked me for all my information and after about 5 minutes he said he was going to go talk to his manager and see what he comes up with. After about 10 minutes he showed us on the numbers he decided and it was out of our price range. We asked Leo if there was anything he could do he said no unfortuently he couldn't the price of the car was already marked down and it was what was called a "managers special" car. Disappointed we told Leo that was out of our price range.. And even though he was an awesome salesperson very patient and kind we didn't want to leave and feel like we wasted his time. Leo then proceeded to ask what was our price range and he then left his office again to see what he could do. After about 10 minutes again he came back and said excitingly "Okay I have good news..are you excited? Cause I'm excited!" I said ok what's your good news..thinking that he maybe found a car lesser or not what my expectations were for. Leo magically was able to find the 1st car I test drove ..4 door Kia optima medal bronze lesser miles and an automatic driver seat! I was in shock and so happy and I jokingly said "why didn't you show us this the 1st time?" It was meant to be and at a reasonable price with tax title and everything my family and I were extremely content! I was so happy Leo made my first car buying experience as painless and possible and made it such an enjoyable experience. My family loved him and my mom promised to buy another Kia from him as soon as she was ready! I love my new car..from the way it drives to the color is perfect. The dealership in general is a good dealership and would highly recommend to any first time buyers like me! Other Kia dealerships don't have what this one has! It's just a good expereince over all! I've heard many stories on how buying your first car is stressful but not as stressful as I thought it would be.

I just bought our SECOND car from Moritz Kia of Hurst from DUSTIN COX today because we loved our first experience so much!!! We bought a Kia Sorento last year and when looking for our other vehicle we knew exactly where to go! Dustin Cox and David Tedesco were PHENOMENAL!!!! They worked so hard for us! I cannot thank them enough for we are extremely pleased with our pre-owned Nissan Sentra AND our Kia Sorento!! Dustin is THE MAN to see when shopping! Kedrick took the time to listen to what I needed because my wife had to be able to get in and out easily due to a stroke. We discussed the price and he was able to get me a great price. Our very positive experience was with Mike Moore at Moritz BMW. Since we learned that he has moved to KIA, we wanted to post a comment through the Kia dealership, as well: Mike Moore (now at Moritz Kia) went way above and beyond in a complicated sale/trade situation to make everything work out for us on a new BMW purchase! Mike's diligence, honesty and attention framed our very positive experience. We very much appreciate Mike and the opportunity to work with and get to know him was a real pleasure.
