My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle after driving with Saturn for the last 10 years. I was not looking forward to the experience since I had not had good service from any dealer other than Sa driving with Saturn for the last 10 years. Laurel Hoff worked with me and my 2 children through the 4 hours buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and the entire staff was very friendly. After test driving 3 vehicles, Laurel helped me select the perfect car with the options I wanted and could afford. Even after being handed off to finance, Laurel checked in on me. The finance office was also very courteous and worked with me until we found the right monthly payment. I have had my KIA for 2 months now and it runs great! I recently returned to the dealership where Laurel recognized me and greeted me with the same great attitude! My wife and I will be looking to replace our minivan soon.
