Had a horrible experience with an advisor I was assigned to. No retuned calls after several calls and messages I had left. Talked about all my problems with there service department was finally assigned Rachel who was very helpful, went into detail about my car, followed up with a call and explained everything to me, was great at returning my call as well had a great experience with her and great costumer service from her.
