Update.: After bringing the car to a third party the issues (valve adjustments) were fixed and Morries agreed to pay the bill. The Service Manager was very helpful during the whole thing. More

Fast and Friendly Service I had a problem on our last snow day with my 2012 SRX stabilization/traction control system. Morris's is the dealership I purchased my vehicle so I ca I had a problem on our last snow day with my 2012 SRX stabilization/traction control system. Morris's is the dealership I purchased my vehicle so I called them and they were able to get me in for an appointment that same day! They found the problem to be a steering sensor and changed the sensor and went ahead and also serviced my vehicle for a soon to be required oil change etc...(oil was at 19 percent) and called me to say it was done all within 3 hours or less of when I had dropped the vehicle off at the Service Department! Ed was the person that took care of my servicing needs and he was awesome, very friendly, listening to my concerns and questions about my vehicle. I was also given a loaner car so I didn't have to wait, needless to say very fast and friendly service!!! More
Always great service I bought my car used under the Buy Happy program. For the first 6 months they made and repairs that was needed without any hassle. Including new tires, brakes and rotors at the 5 month mark. Any time I have brought the car in for service they have done a complete inspection and even replaced bulbs I didn't know were out. I also got an extended warranty and after having my car a lil over 2 years a major repair was needed and they did the repair and there was not issue with the warranty covering it. They even found other things that needed repaired that I did not know about that the warranty covered. So far after a lil over 2 years of ownership I have been very pleased with this dealer. More

Customer Service exceeded all my expectations My first interactions were with Nina and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant, not pushy and I felt that she really was trying to help, not jus My first interactions were with Nina and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant, not pushy and I felt that she really was trying to help, not just sell me a car. Then I worked with Louise in financing and her fun upbeat personality was refreshing. I told her buying a car for me was like going to the dentist and she said she would change my opinion. She was very pleasant to work with and kept reassuring me about the process and how everything was working out just fine. There were no surprises and sure enough, everything worked out just as she said. I actually enjoyed my time with her going over the finance papers, that's a first. Cavan in sales was not pushy and new the vehicle. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will be calling Cavan first. Thanks especially to Louis, she did indeed change my attitude about buying a car. More
