My experience today was great. Everybody worked so hard to get me the car I wanted even though it was over my price range. Heidi also brought in a service employee who knew about my car to explain all about the make and model since it wasn't her expertise. Dave worked hard to help me solve a problem with my buyer of my car so there would be less drama in the family-outstanding thoughtfulness. Bill (I think his name was Bill) in the financing department was truly a hero to me also-he did so much moving things around to help me be able to afford the car. Again I was looking for a lower priced car, but he made it possible for me to drive away with a car that was more money and had everything in it I wanted. I also really love the oil change and car wash setup, it was definitely something that sold me on Morrie's. Heidi was was great she let me take the cars out more than once to see the difference and she even helped other customers in between my waiting times-nice multitasking. I am still in shock that I just came home with such a wonderful car and none of it would be possible without all the people who helped me today at Morrie's. Even the other people who didn't help me were super nice and congratulated me on my car and told me how good of a choice it was. Oh, and Morrie's fed me lunch too! Thank you so much for everything. From the second that I walked in the door. Jamie (I believe the Service Manager) Greeted me, took my information and worked with me to solve the issue quickly. They gave me a ride to work, and picked me up from work with my car repaired (For a ton Cheaper than I originally expected. I would recommend them for any car make or model to get your repairs done with them. More
