My experience at East Tennessee Nissan was nothing less than AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! My sales man (PortChop), who I would now proudly call a friend, went above and beyond to help me out. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. My fiancee and I called ahead to make sure that the car we were interested in was still available. When we found out that it was, we made an appointment fiancee and I called ahead to make sure that the car we were interested in was still available. When we found out that it was, we made an appointment to come test drive it. We showed at our appointed time, and the salesperson didn't even bother to learn our names and just kept saying that he talked to someone named Christina. Then, we found out that the vehicle we had called about had already been sold. So we had driven an hour there and another hour back in my car that doesn't have air conditioning for nothing and wasted all of that time that we could have been looking at dealerships that actually care. I would not recommend this dealership - ever. Working with the salesperson was actually a decent experience, but I'm not going to mention his name. Everything else about the transaction and everything since has been terrible. At first, we made the deal via text and email and were promised the car. When we called to arrange pickup, we were told that someone else was coming to look at it and we better hurry. This made me furious. We then went to get the van and the other people showed up at the same time and we heard continuously about how "we got there just in time" even though it was our understanding the deal was already done. We drove off the lot and the AC quit working - they tried to make it sound like it was our responsibility. They finally did fix it though at no cost to us. It's now been almost 2 months and we still don't have our title. I would never ever recommend this dealership. More

We went to East Tennessee Nissan of Morristown, thought we had found a great deal. We Left the lot with a 2005 Mazda MPV, that they told us was inspected by their service and checked out just fine! Bull the engine light came on we took it to get checked out and the problem was the spark plugs and some other things we thought were minor until all was done cost us $600. We called the dealership so see if they would at least help,Mr. Brady was sapossed to call back for 2 weeks! Apparently he forgot how to use the phone. To top it all off we agreed on the advertised price of 5900 and when we get our bill guess what it says we owe 7900. I guess they dont know how to use a calculator either! I WILL NEVER go back or suggest any one else go back! They are a rip off and have been jerking us around from the start! We live an hour away but are making the trip because evertime we call Mr. Brady is convenintly with a customer! NEVER USE these ppl to buy a car. More
