Worst Sales Management I've Ever Encountered Was looking to purchase a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. Dealership did not have one in stock but we drove a Highlander with less features t Was looking to purchase a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. Dealership did not have one in stock but we drove a Highlander with less features to a feel for the ride. Afterwards, we sat down with the salesman to see if they could locate one and discuss a price. The salesman conferred with his manager, then came back and informed us that they were not willing to discuss price unless I was would commit to buying that day. I said "how can I commit to buying if I don't know the price". "Would you shop at a grocery store that didn't have any of their items priced?". They already knew our credit score was extremely excellent. It was a waste of time and my wife and I left very upset. I'm 63 and have bought a lot of new cars. This is the worst sales tactics I've ever seen. I left this dealership and went to Bert Wolfe Toyota. William McCormick was our salesman. Completely different sales experience. Have never had a better buying experience in my life. Go to Bert Wolfe and see William McCormick!!! More
