I was searching for a granite black 2013 Chevy Sonic turbo with a Mylink radio for well over 3 months, and was very dissappointed with all the other dealerships, until we met Shane Brown of Moss Brothers Chevrolet. He was the only salesmen who thought to order the exact car I wanted. Wow! Why couldn't the other dealerships have thought of this? In a little less than a month, my new car arrived and it was beautiful! Shane made the whole buying experience a piece of cake! In my opinion, Shane really looked out for us and has earned our business for years to come. I highly recommend seeing Shane when you are ready to buy your new car!

I was a tough customer to get financed. I was turned down elsewhere but Shane Brown and Rick Seaton wouldn't give up. They found us financing within a few days so I could get the truck I wanted. They worked very hard to make my purchase go as smoothly as possible. The whole dealership made me feel welcome and I HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. Very clean establishment and they had a great selections of trucks to choose from. I LOVE MY NEW CHEVY SILVERADO 4 WHEEL DRIVE.

Seling a truck to me they were friendly and helpful. But they called a month later demanding a co-signer or the truck returned! A month later! Not the 10 days that are required. Kacy was horrible over the phone not helpful or empathic at all, laughing as if it was a funny matter. I was told by Kacy and Nasim that upon returning the truck I would get a check for my down payment refund... not true ! I had to wait a week later for a check that I was told would be mailed to me, but instead it was mailed to dealer where I had to drive again to pick it up. I'm just glad to be done with them, they are some scam artists there! Stay away!

My experience at Moss Bros. Chevrolet... was excellent. Gene Russell was our salesman, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. First, he was very friendly and personable. He worked with us for over 6 hours to get the numbers on 2 leases where we needed them to be, with a lousy trade in and minimal cash out of pocket. He accomplished a fast turnaround on a dealer trade for the second vehicle, and maintained excellent communication until we were able to get the second lease signed. The communications and his ability to get the numbers very close to our original wishes were key. Gene's the first car salesman I've dealt with that I would be extremely disappointed if I was not able to get my next vehicle(s) from him. All in all, an excellent experience which I will be telling friends and family about!

I am the one with the 2008 Chevy 2500 HD pick up that had a incident with Moss Chevrolet. I hastily wrote a review about them about a month ago on this site and I now feel that I was wrong about their service. Not everything goes as planned and accidents do happen. I realize that I did not give them enough time to fix the problem and I over-reacted. Anthony Caridi, the Vice President, took care of the problem to my satisfaction and made everything right. They demonstrated to me that Moss Chevrolet does stand behind their work and they earned my business back. I highly recommend them to my friends and family . Thanks Moss Chevrolet.

from the first time I drove into the driveway of Moss Brothers Chevrolet in Moreno Valley I have alway been greeted by a friendly advisor who noted my problems, asked if I need a ride home, which is a great service provided by Moss Bros, Chevy. I must have been there 5 or 6 weekends in a row to check out the new sonics. All the salesman were really polite, not trying to get me to buy something more than I was looking for. Rafael was my salesman when I finally decided on a car. He was very polite and easy to work with as was all the managers inside. My husky and I love our sonic h/b so far, especially the gas $saved! Have been back to have lo-jack installed and service department also has very polite employees. Thanx for the coffee and donuts!
