My drivers window was broken. I took the door panel off myself and found the broken, small plastic part. I was quoted on the phone of approx. $150.00 which was acceptable. Received a phone call saying the motor and regulator was bad and that it would be 601.00. Unacceptable! The motor is fine. It is just a small plastic part that is broken. I do not know why I took my car there after taking it there once before. That time they charge me over $900.00 to fix a problem. Got one block away and the car was still not fixed. Would not recommend this dealership. Go to Toyota of Riverside for everything. More
