Good customer service. They charge for everything. If you need a routine oil change, they do not automatically rotate/balance the tires. That is an add-on. They try to add They charge for everything. I asked for the alignment to be “checked” and the cost $199, which is the same as the alignment. I had one tire slightly out of alignment, I’m not sure it was worth $199. But other than that, I prefer to have my car serviced at the dealer. But the add-ons are a bit over the top. More
