Jonny Breuer stayed late so I could come and test drive it. There were a few cosmetic things he said they would fix and then deliver the car to me! The service and salesmanship was above and beyond excellent. I highly recommend this company! More

Before I make final decision to our local dealership, I decide to make another shop around near Rochester area, contacted with Tyler with my offered price from another dealer, Tyler just told me he could beat this price with extra $500 more. Just have one phone conversion after one night cooling down on my side, I put $1000 deposit next day. Tyler keep me posted about my car status. Went to dealership to pick up car, in and out within one hour. Everyone is nice and friendly. Best car buying experience I ever had. -John More

We agreed upon that price and I arrived at the dealership. Took a test drive and immediately noticed issues. When I brought it to his attention he put it in the sales contract that he would fix the issues at no charge. I wrote a check and took the car home for the weekend with the assurance that I was to bring it back on Monday. The next day the alternator when out and I was without a car for the entire weekend. On Monday I called and explained what happened. The car was picked up and, as of this writing, 36 hours later I still have no car. Apparently the issue with the alternator was fixed, but not the other issues contracted for. As the hours passed it became apparent this dealership doesn't do a thorough examination of the used cars the sell. Heck, they didn't even know there was an issue with the exhaust until I pointed it out and the salesman heard it for himself. Unless you happen to be well off and can afford a higher price used car I would steer away from Motor Inn Company. More
