We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. We recommend Honda at Motor Werks because of the way the sales and service people treated us. More

2013 used Odyssey I do not like the basic Odyssey I find it lacking, but my wife love it. I do have to confess after driving it does grow on you. Zachary had the model and color we were interested in waiting at the front door. It was warmed up inside and ready for a test drive. While test driving the Honda model, Zachary completely explained all the "New Features" of the 2016 model thoroughly. After test driving, we returned to the dealership and Zachary offered us a great deal on the 2016 Honda Civic Ex. We purchased the Honda Civic Ex that day, and traded in our car at a fair price. Zachary then proceeded to take us on a tour of the impressive Motor Werks Service Dept., Parts Dept., and Customer Waiting Lounge. This purchase of the 2016 Honda Ex was the most Stress-free, Enjoyable, and Best Deal, I have ever experienced in shopping for an automobile.
