They are in a very conveinient location, the place is very neat and clean with professionally dressed employees.
The dealership is well layed out with service facilities and a good variety of vehicles to look at and choose from.

We were unable to find a vehicle that matched our criteria (model, color, options) within several miles of the Rochester area. We were excited to look at your website and discover you had in stock the very vehicle we were searching for. Our initial call to your dealership to verify availability of the Jeep we had seen on your site was handled very professionally by Jack Coen. Jack explained to us how the sales and delivery process would be handled with us being NY State residents. Our visit to your dealership went as smoothly as Jack had explained it. The purchase and delivery of the new Jeep for us was a very pleasant experience. Jack spent a lot of time explaining the multitude of features of the vehicle which was very much appreciated. The staff we had contact with was very proffessional and helpful. Our overall feeling was that it was the most pleasurable auto purchasing experience we have ever had.

This dealer is the worst dealer you can deal with possibly in the whole United States. After what we have gone through, and are STILL going through because of purchasing a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew through them is unbelievable. We would rather ride trycicles everywhere at this pooint. All they do is cheat you out of money, and more. They upped the MSRP on our vehicle $15,000 without letting us know, and they did that on the paper in the window so we COULDN'T KNOW. Now we are stuck with a car we absolutely LOVE, but can absolutely can't pay. We are being charged over $8 PER DAY!!!!!! JUST IN INTEREST!!!! Let alone them not listening to us about what we wanted to pay per month, and what we wanted to have in the car. They are robbers. Do not buy here, Unless you like the idea of loseing $15,000.

Wesley was great to work with very helpful I have purchased vehicles here prior and was satisfied with service They hav e a large selection of vehicles to choose from I would however since I purchased a Mercedes and Commander in past maybe got a betterdeal even though I leased but maybe returning customers should get a better incentive even though Chrysler gave a deal Motorworld should maybe give to returning customers a dinner at the casino or a 50.00 or more voucher for the canino slots,

After weeks and many many different dealerships we were finally able to drive away with the car and price we wanted. The sales team worked tiredlessly on getting us the numbers we needed to make our purchase. The other dealerships we visited in the area were not able to provide us with the same quality service, professionalism or price that we received from Motor World. We CUSTOM ordered our brand new dodge ram 3500 larimie long horned ed. in July this yr. to be delivered in Nov. It came in early in late Sept. We asked them to see how much we needed down along with our 2011 dodge ram 1500 outdoorsman trade in. "OMIR" told us we were APPROVED with $15,000 down. "CHUCK" told us we had till Nov.11th to come up with the rest of the down payment. We had the money on Nov. 5th called VERY EXCITEDLY to tell them we had the money and were coming for our truck. They told us they had to resubmit the application but not to worry cuz we had already been approved!!Two days went by and WE HAD to call them back and ask when we could get the truck? They then told us we were declined for the loan but would keep working on it. We found out we were APPROVED by our bank and drove up there to let them know ONLY TO FIND OUT OUR CUSTOM ORDERED TRUCK HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD!!! We asked when? "BOB" LIED to our faces and said just this weekend. So we asked why they were still telling us just today that they were working on getting us approved when they had ALREADY SOLD OUR TRUCK!!!! Then "BOB" told us he couldnt hold it for us and that he SOLD OUR TRUCK THURS. LIE NUMBER 2(he first said he sold it on the weekend) We were told we had till NOV. 11th to come up with the down payment!! So WHY WOULD THEY SELL IT BEFORE THEN? We r still gonna get the CUSTOM MADE 2012 DODGE LARIMIE LONG HORN ED. MEGA CAB DIESEL TRUCK!!! But NOT from this dealership and will let as many people as we know IF THEY WANT TO BUY A NEW TRUCK DON'T BUY IT FROM THE LIARS OF MOTORWORLD DODGE WILKES BARRE PA!!!! Their word is worth nothing cuz YOU CAN NEVER TRUST A LIAR!!!!!! Oh they were friendly at first BUT when it came to KEEPING THEIR WORD OR MAKING A QUICK SALE, the $$$$$$$ WON over the customer service and their TRUE COLORS SHINED THROUGH!!!
