After a phone call to the dealership, to find out if they had a Jeep model that we were looking for, we were met on the sales floor and greeted by name. Our sales person was John Minter. Once we agreed on a deal, we were introduced to Chris, the financial representative, who thoroughly explained the figures and tailored them to meet our budget. It was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to deal with them again. A day later, I received a call from another representative of MotorWorld, Susan Wertz, to thank us for buying at their dealership. Nice Touch! More

I went to Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre, Pa to purchase a used vehicle. From the instant I walked into the dealership I was greeted with open friendliness.
