I recently purchased a new vehicle from Motorcars Toyota of Cleveland Heights with the help of Ken Mack. This was the best experience I have ever had with regards to purchasing a new car. Ken had a great personality – he was friendly, considerate, patient, and professional. He understood my budget and what I was looking for in a vehicle. This is our 2nd car in the past 6 months from Derek Roberts. He is goes above and beyond from what one would expect from a car salesman. He is very professional, takes time to explain and makes the consumer feel at ease as we all know buying a car can be a very stressful experience. Derek made our experience pleasurable and stress free.

Michael Motley was very friendly and made a usually stressful experience a pleasant one. He did a particularly good job when he sent me home with an overnight drive test of a more upscale model of the car I was initially looking at, which made me a buyer the very next day, for that same car! My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
MR. MICHAEL J. MOTLEY really made our purchase: a Honda CRV-EX-L on April 5 2012 a very pleasant experience. From the greeting & hand shake I felt confident we would drive away with the vehicle of OUR choice.

Mr. Motley was, first of all, was very neat in appearance, friendly, direct and very informative. I was especially pleased with the " NO HARD SELL " approach he presented to us. He created a relaxed " no nonsense " enjoyable atmosphere which made our car buying experiece hassle free and pleasurable.

Needless to say we are thrilled, satisfied and very happy with are purchase, it's just right for us and our dog Cagney, what else can I say but:

THANK-YOU MICHAEL, YOU where responsible for us not having to look any further and YOUR honest salesmanship was the catalyst that helped us be confident in our choice and close the deal.

My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
Ray Richards was fantastic to interact with during my purchase of a pre-owned Toyota Highlander. Residing in Columbus, OH, but interested in a vechicle in Cleveland Heights, I peppered Ray with countless emails and phone calls over a several week period before making the 2.5 hour drive to see the Highlander in person. He was never anything but honest and helpful during the entire process and I couldn't be more appreciative. As for the entire Motorcars team - from Ray to finance to contracts - all were fantastic. Once the paperwork was started I was out the door with keys in my hand in less than hour. Thanks, again, for making the car buying experience enjoyable.

Buying my new Prius turned out to be an excellent experience at Motorcars Toyota. Ken Mack was the salesperson and handled everything in a very professional manner. This included returning all phone calls promptly, taking me for test drives and handling everything in a friendly manner. His courtesy and knowledge of the car was a big factor in the decision making process. I highly recommend this dealership and Ken Mack.

Earl was really friendly and didn't push me to buy a car or any particular car. He didn't try to get me to lease and he was conscientious of my price range.
Jeremy was not my sales person, but he went above and beyond by giving me a good 1+ hr driving lesson in my new car (I bought a manual, which I had only ever driven twice before.)

My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
I purchased my Camry in 2006 @ Motorcars and it is the only place I bring my car for service, even though it is a far distance from both my home and my office. I have always been extremely well treated by all the staff in the service, parts, and rental car departments. Everyone has always been friendly and treat me as though I am related to the owner.

I recently had to bring my car in to have a fuel sensor replaced. Due to a parts ordering error, I had to bring the car back twice. Don Shaffer did a magnificent job of handling this situation. He was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and apologetic that I needed to make another trip. When I returned the second time, he greeted me at my car door in the service area and took care of me immediately. He also ensured I was compensated for my time and I am so appreciative. Staff like Don are the reason I have remained a loyal service customer since 2006 and will remain so! Thank you so much!

I had a Toytoa Camry for eight years and it was in execellent condition. My husband and I came to Motorcars to have my 80,000 mile service. While passing the time, we went to the show room. Jeremy Sassatelli, our salesperson, was friendly and did not put a great deal of pressure on us during his presentation about the different Toyota's we looked at and after we left. We were there on a Monday and I told him I had a busy week so do not expect an instant answer. He gave me a week and called about the time we decided to take another look. He gave us some options but let us make up our minds. Jeremy was professional, pleasant and a real pleasure to work with. He could be family!!!

I just purchased a used car online from Motorcars Toyota. I live in Pittsburgh but ended up making the drive to Cleveland because the price was significantly lower than anywhere around here. And the process was the easiest I have ever had buying a car. It was as simple as me contacting the dealer online and making an offer that we both knew was reasonable. Mike Motley quickly returned an email saying yes and we were on our way. Mike was great to work with. No pressure. No "wait while I go ask the manager" baloney. Just a quick negotiation on a price. After that, he worked quickly and tirelessly to answer all of my questions and to get the paperwork completed...all within a matter of a couple of hours...so I could come to Cleveland the next day to test drive and buy the car. Couldn't have been any simpler. The dealership, but especially Mike, were a pleasure to work with. We will be back when it comes time to buy our next Toyota.
