Frank Waite and Robert Smitherman were absolutely wonderful to work with while purchasing my Toyota.. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated as if I were the most important customer in the showroom. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but they made me feel comfortable and they earned my trust. They found the car that I was interested in and we never had to haggle over the price because of my trust in them. My buying experience was 1st class and I would highly recommend these two individuals and Toyota Motorcars to my family, friends and colleagues.

I had appointment for car service on my 2004 toyota camry. the cost was more than i wanted to pay. i knew the car was getting older. either pay for repairs/ replacements or get a new car. well at that time while my car was being in service. i decided to just check on a few new cars downstairs. well here comes a gentleman with a friendly smiley face, Joe Bencivenni. He's not a pushy salesman. He's a quiet storm is salesmanship. very caring and patient he gets you what you want or close to it. even after your closing Joe still helps you in days after.

From the moment I entered this dealership I was made to feel that they appreciated my stopping by, answered every question, showed me the car I was interested in, took me for a test drive and truly wanted my business. Robert was professional, informative and made the deal happen. Tom was super attentive to my needs, questions, and prep of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and comparing it to my previous Prius. He advocated for accepting a lower price that matched a discounted one I had been offered at another dealership, saving saved me about $2K. He was very personable and friendly, it was a great experience.
