My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
We had the greatest buying experience with Mr. Issa Hanjani. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and got excellent salesmanship. We needed a Sienna-2009 8 Seated van. We had 10 quotes for Sienna-2009 from different stores in Ohio including 2 quotes from Detroit, MI. In the last week we just visited Motors Cars Toyota for a quote and met with Mr. Issa Hanjani. He put a stop signal on our journey of taking quotes. Thanks to the front desk staff to sent the right person to us. It was a stupendous experience with him. He is a true professional that not only knows his product but understands the wants and needs of the customers of Motorcars. Mr. Issa took the time to find out what we needed and not what he wanted us to buy. He is not at all a "pushy" man, that doesn’t like customers. Mr. Issa has been a great sales person from start to finish and beyond finish; he goes the extra mile to make customers satisfied with the sale.

We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future.

My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
I had a very pleasant experience at Motorcars Toyota. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my service needs and made sure I left with a satisfying experience. In addition, I think the hours of operation are wonderful. Being open until 3 a.m. really makes it very convenient for people who's schedules don't permit the 9 to 5 hours of a normal work day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future.

My Review of Motorcars Toyota:
I have brought both my prius and my sienna in to this dealer for service. I have always been pleased with them! They are open until 3am Monday - Thursday which really helps with my busy work schedule! The Advisor that helped me was awesome! He listened to what I wanted and also recommended some items be looked at that I would have never thought of. There are cookies available for the customers in the waiting area too!
