Above and beyond Traveled from MO to Chicago to buy a 2012 Impala. Chuck went above and beyond. Traveled by train he came and picked us up at the station. He quickly tracked down his mechanic and it was after hours. Dropped us at a restaurant up the street while he got the sensor replaced. Ended up it was moist from getting cleaned that day. We finished the paperwork and he got us on our way.His prices can't be beat. I searched all the sites for 6 weeks before I settled on this one! I hope Chuck has a car I want in two years! I would do my homework before buying a car from this dealership. I found a nice vehicle on their website that I wanted to buy right away but the price on the internet was not the price they told me in p dealership. As soon as I told them what vehicle I wanted to buy they immediately said it's $1000 more. I had the printed webpage in my hand but they still didn't want to honor the internet price. Their explaination was that they didn't know what they actually had and that they already spent $300 on detailing it and that there may be some mechanical issues. They were not able to supply me with a list of the mechanical issues at the time. HHHMMMM!!!! Gets you thinking, huh? A week later I go back to see if they want to deal with me and honor the internet price from before. Nope! Well by this time they said that they had to replace the compressor because it was making a little noise. Which is all the mechanical issues they fixed. By my calculations that's a $700 repair. Wow! I guess that's where the $1000 bump came from. These guys can see the future!! Or at least see a fool coming from a mile away. So, like I said I'd be careful buying a vehicle from this dealership. If you know what your looking for and you really want it then go for it. But as the old addage goes, "Buyer beware". More

Ii was able to purchase a used car with low mileage at a fantastic price. He followed through on all his promises and my own mechanic confirmed all the information he had given me about the car. I would recommend stopping by if you're looking for a painless car buying experience. More
