My Service Experience Since purchasing my Sebring, I have only been to the Service Department twice. Both times I was greeted by Joe Giunta. He greeted me with a smile and a joke. He said, What did you break today? He then listened to my narrative about the problem and filled out the paperwork. When he was done, he explained what they were going to do and possible reasons I might have had the problem. He was kind and answered all of the questions I had. I waited for my car in the customer waiting area and each time he came in for someone else, he smiled and answered other questions I had thought of while sitting there. After the technician had check my car, Joe came in to explain what was found and again answered my questions. He did not give me any reason to think that I was asking too many questions. He just was a very pleasant person to deal with. He is a real asset to the dealership. More

I purchased this car with 34 miles and currently have 55,291 miles and still going strong. I have had many automobiles during my lifetime and this Durango is one of the best. The mileage per gallon is very impressive for a vehicle of this size I have taken numerous trips and this vehicle has not let me down. The quality service that Joe has recommend has kept my in top shape towards making these long distant trips.
