Mullinax Lincoln

We drove to Clevelan 2013 This was our 1st time purchasing from Mullinax, buying our 3rd Lincoln, an MKX (we've owned a Town Car and a Mark VIII). We drove to Cleveland from Chattanooga subsequent to our online shopping, and knew that Mullinax had what we were looking for. David Ware was our the sales person that waited on us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He amazed me with his knowledge of his inventory off the top of his head... didn't have to go look things up or refer to records. He made our buying experience relaxed, exciting, with absolutely no pressure or heavy sales tactics... just answering questions and taking great care of us (he even made fresh coffee when someone emptied the pot!!) Additionally, the price we settled on and the trade-in process were both very fair and collegial. Financing was handled so quickly and effortlessly, Overall I have to say that this was most certainly one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much to the Mullinax family dealership and David. We will most certainly be back, not only for service/maintenance, but for future purchases. More

I went to Mullinax Lincoln to have my car serviced. While I was waiting, I was outside looking at their used cars. I was approached by a salesman who asked if he could help me. I told him I was getting my car serviced but had thought about trading it in on a newer car. We looked at some of the used cars for a while until I saw one I liked. He got the keys for me and we ended up taking it for a test drive. I really liked it but I didn't tell him that.His name was Larry Link and he seemed very nice and helpful. I asked him what could I trade for. We went inside, where I thought here comes the pressure, but it wasn't that way at all. In fact the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. We talked back and forth a while until we finally came to an agreement on price that we could both live with and I bought the car that day. Mullinax is truly a great place to buy a car and service it there as well. Everyone really wants to take care of the customer first. They are number one in my book ! More

Bought a Sporty 2014 Lincoln MKZ-from very Fair, Honest, and Professional Individuals. A most Pleasant Transactiion!
