Great dealership- this will be my fifth car leased thru them. They have a good sales team and their service is excellent. Karsten does a great job as a sales person. He listens well and always follows through on what he says he will do.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Acura:
I was surprised at the level of customer service provided. I was greeted at the door, directed to who I needed to see, introduced to staff, and even offered refreshments. It made me felt as if the dealership really valued my business. Joel was great with quick responses and being available to answer questions. Nick was absolutely amazing and very personable. He made sure everything went smooth. Meredith was also great with helping me understand what I'd just purchased. The staff I encountered was great and always smiling. Wonderful service and now I'm sold on Acura!!

My Sales Consultant, Karsten Becker, was awesome! He truly understands the meaning of outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, which I greatly appreciate. He made the experience of buying a new car quite enjoyable. Karsten made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me in any way. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership and I would highly recommend St. Louis Acura and Karsten to any one looking for a new vehicle. My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Acura:
My visit to Mungenast Acura was actually completely great! I say this as this is my sixth auto purchase since 2003 and the first time I felt a sincere connection with my salesman--in this instance--Jacek Kedzierski. Based on his help and the finance guy Nick Hendrick, I had a very positive experience and for that reason I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a car purchase--particularly Acura.

I've done business with this dealership in the past and have always been very happy with the service. Whether it was the service department or car sale's, excellent service. I just bought a acura rl and the salesman Jacek was very professional and helpful, he really made the car buying experience fun and friendly.

Ty is an outstanding professional in his approach. Very personable and outgoing, he was comfortable to deal with from the moment we met him. The reasom why we decided to work with Ty was that he never put on the hard sale, was available to answer our questions and quickly followed up with addressing any concerns we had. We had a great experience. First time visit and was recommended by 2 other customers. Joel Habermehl was VERY nice. He was not at all pushy like we have had before. Meredith was very patient with showing us how everything works and Roy Ross the business manager was also extremely pleasant and not pushy.
