Karsten Becker really knows his cars and understands his customer's requirements. He is knowledgeable about how each car performs and can compare it to other makes/models. Karsten will help you decide which car -- as well as which options -- are best for the you. I would definitely recommend Karsten when purchasing a car. (P.S. I love my 2014 RLX!)

I purchased a 2013 RDX this spring from Karsten Becker at Mungenast. I shopped around before deciding to buy and purchasing from Mungenast was an easy decision. Karsten was great to work with and I loved that he did not pressure me at all! He answered all of my questions and showed me everything to know about my car. I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed. Karsten and Todd were both great!. On my initial visit, I was not ready to make a purchase as I first wanted to sell two cars. Karsten did not apply any pressure and seemed willing to spend as much time as necessary and answer all of my questions. Not once did I feel pressure to buy a car. He was friendly, informative and unobtrusive. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, enthusiastic and devoted to providing information needed to make and informed decision.

On the day I made my purchase, Karsten was not in the dealership and Todd stepped in. He too was friendly and knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to make the numbers work and ultimately, we get the deal done. Karsten and Todd made the buying experience a pleasure.

Karsten was extremely helpful. This is the first time I've done this and he made it very easy. He took the time to explain the whole process without making me feel like an idiot! I would definitely recommend him as a sales person and would use the dealership for future leases or purchases.

Karsten Becker is top notch and is easily the best sales consultant I have worked with. He does his sales pitch for sure, but he does not pressure you into doing anything you want to do. There is no act with Karsten. He goes out of his way to make you happy and feel comfortable with your decision.
