I called and spoke with Dave Gruendler who had the car waiting for me when i arrived an hour later for a test drive. He was polite knowledgeable and very happy to help me with my purchase. Even with special circumstances with my financing they heldthe car for me without any hassel or pressure. I would definitely recommend Mungenast to anyone looking to buy new or preowned. We then decided to go with the RDX but did not want to spend much time at the dealer; we provided most of the information online and showed up later for our appointment. When we got there everything was ready (took just 1 hour the whole process which included the technology tutorial). Overall a very good experience and excellent treatment from Karsten. More

Excellent Experience I started my car search with the new Honda Pilot. While it is very nice, the deals were lacking on this vehicle. I was delighted to find out that the I started my car search with the new Honda Pilot. While it is very nice, the deals were lacking on this vehicle. I was delighted to find out that the salesman who sold me my FIRST car (he was at Mungenast Honda at the time), Rick Brennan, was still with the Mungenast team and is now the sales manager at the Acura store. He emailed me asking if I had considered the MDX. In short, I thought for sure a 2016 Acura MDX would be out of my budget. Boy was I surprised. After talking to the sales team, I learned that the lease deal on the MDX was minimally more than the expiring lease on my 2013 Chevy Equinox! At this price, I was able to get All Wheel Drive (which I didn't have in the Chevy) as well as countless other bells and whistles that Acura offers. I now have a sunglasses holder, a built in garage opener, heavy duty mats, all kinds of things. The interior of the vehicle is amazing and very comfortable. One of my favorite features is the rear climate control. Having kids in the back seat every day... I want them to be comfortable. I was able to pick an MDX up off the lot on a Saturday and keep it until Monday morning. This gave my husband and I a chance to get a good feel for the vehicle. We made sure our 2 car seats fit well and that the cargo space was ample for what we needed. After some careful consideration, we decided it was in my best financial interest to wait a month prior to leasing the vehicle (due to the amount owed on my current lease). I was pleased that the sales team had my best interest through the entire process. Rick was wonderful to work with and was always able to fully answer my (many) questions. The day of my closing appointment, both of my kids were sick (of course). Karsten worked with me to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible... even responding to emails that morning (I'm sure before he was even at work!). Meredith gave me a wonderful tech tour of the vehicle and programmed my phone so that I could make calls immediately. She helped me with several features I would have never known were there! Kurt made the lease signing process quick and easy and helped me to get a protection package installed that day (you just never know!). While the vehicle I leased is VERY nice, it was 100% the customer service that won me over. Thank you! More

An easy transaction on an exceptional product In our search for a new vehicle, my wife and I had been to nearly every manufacturers' dealerships in the metro St. Louis area. Mungenast's was the cl In our search for a new vehicle, my wife and I had been to nearly every manufacturers' dealerships in the metro St. Louis area. Mungenast's was the closest Acura dealership to us geographically, so we stopped in on a Friday night. We were introduced to John Stewart who showed us the RDX and the MDX models. He allowed us to test drive the MDX, and carefully showed us most of the features before we left with it. We liked it very much and chose to purchase one. From then on, our experience was flawless. John was friendly, honest, professional and made the whole experience of purchase an enjoyable one. As he said, "We sell a great product that sells itself, so there's no pressure from us." He was right. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional. The finance representative, Tim Sampson, is an excellent example of this overall experience. He was efficient, professional, and polite. When we took possession of our new MDX, Kelsey Costello showed me every feature/option, (and there are a lot on the MDX), with the same type of excellence experienced with John and Tim.
